Now Hiring: Manager of Finance

The Manager of Finance is a full time position responsible for providing timely financial information, managing assets and risks and utilizing best practices in finance and accounting, internal controls and operations to provide critical financial information to staff and management. The Manager of Finance promotes the mission of the Montgomery County Collaboration Council (MCCC) by supporting employees, supervisors and the Board of Directors and its committees in the furtherance of their financial responsibilities of managing, sustaining, promoting and doing the work of the organization. The Manager of Finance is responsible for the monthly, quarterly and annual accounting of financial information in MCCC’s ledger system. This position addresses tight deadlines and a multitude of accounting activities including general ledger preparation and account reconciliation, year-end audit and tax preparations. Prevention Coordinator Position Availalble

The Prevention Coordinator is a full-time position that assists the Montgomery County Collaboration Council for Children, Youth and Families in its efforts to reduce the use of alcohol, tobacco, and drugs by youth and young adults, as well as engage community stakeholders in encouraging positive youth development. The Prevention Coordinator is an employee of the Montgomery County Collaboration Council, the local management board for Montgomery County, and will be supervised by the Executive Director. Program Manager Position Available

Program Manager-Out of School Time Programming

Position Summary:
The Program Manager supports the achievement of Excel Beyond the Bell (EBB) and other out of school time programs in Montgomery County. Duties include coordinating Out of School Time (OST) community partners, developing common benchmarks and outcomes that lead to successful programming, contract oversight and knowledge-sharing of best practices. This person will work in collaboration and coordinate efforts with key program leaders including the Montgomery County Department of Recreation and Montgomery County Public Schools, and community-based partners engaged in out of school time programs. A Bachelor’s degree is required in education, adolescent development or related areas; Masters preferred. Announcing Notice of Issuance for RFP #2018-60

Notice of Issuance RFP 2018-60: Care Coordination Services using the Wraparound Approach
Issuance Date: April 24, 2018
Pre-Proposal Meeting: Monday, May 14, 2018
Deadline for Submission of Proposals: Tuesday, June 12, 2018, 4:00 p.m.

The intent of this RFP is to select one qualified vendor to deliver care coordination services to families in the County that maintain high fidelity to the culture-based wraparound philosophy. The population to be served consists of school-age children and youth under 21 years of age who have complex and intensive mental health, substance abuse and other behavioral needs that prevent them from successfully functioning in their home, school and/or community which require the resources of multiple agencies and/or professional disciplines to prevent long-term out-of-home placements.

Eligible applicants are nonprofit and for profit corporations.
